Rubber Stamp Commercial Use:
I do grant the rights for commercial use of the images as long as:
1. All creations must be individually hand stamped.
2. You do not reproduce any of the images mechanically, electronically/digitally,
by photocopying, scanning, Xeroxing, tracing by hand or creating stencils. Do not use them as clipart, logos, avatars, myspace,
labels, etc. You can not use these stamps and/or images to create new rubber stamps. If you are not sure about it’s
use…please contact me. Any reproducing of these images other than hand stamping is strictly against my copyright.
3. Do give recognition for the stamp image in sale listings: ©Victoria
Case or ©Victoria Case Art Designs
4. If possible a link to the store
would be greatly appreciated but not required.
5. You can not exceed or plan to exceed to create/sell more than 500
individual items per year with any Victoria Case stamp image. Please contact me regarding a possible licensing agreement.
This applies to both Profit or Non-Profit.
6. Your creations with Victoria Case stamped images may not be sold
to a distributor.
